To order a replacement pension ID, you will need your postal service payroll number (PANR) and insurance policy number (PRNR). You can find these numbers on your pension adjustment notification. It usually contains a 17-digit number. The first three digits are the PANR and the following 14 digits are the PRNR. Your new pension ID card will be sent to you by post within three weeks.
